Hypnotherapy could change your life
My sessions provide you with a confidential opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, welcoming environment. Hypnotherapy plays a big part in your progression. It can provide the life changing results in a very short space of time.

My role is to help you through this process without judgement, or telling you what to do. I may on occasion give information or offer suggestions and we may, if you felt comfortable and with your agreement, use hypnotherapy as one of the ways to assist us in this process. If at any time I feel I cannot help you in some way, I will offer to refer you to someone who can.
My therapy sessions are completely bespoke and client focused. No two clients are the same and it depends on how many issues there are and how deeply inset. This will determine how many sessions you will need. I will be led by you and your recovery and we will adjust the sessions according. We will sometimes extend the time between sessions if this is appropriate. The majority of clients start to feel better extremely quickly, sometimes as quickly as after the first session.

2. Consultation.
The next step is a 90 minute consultation. We’ll get to know each other and talk more about the issues you’d like to tackle.
I’ll also explain how and why Hypnosis works and you’ll get to experience how it feels. We’ll discuss and reflect on it afterwards. Most clients relax extremely well but if you do find it harder, we’ll try other techniques until we find something that suits you. Open communication is key to make sure you are comfortable with the process.
3. Therapy.
Usually the following week you will come back for your first treatment session.
These sessions will typically include time to reflect, general discussion, goal setting and, once you’re underway with treatment, reflection on progress.
The hypnosis part of the session will be approximately 25mins. If appropriate we may also use other techniques to help you in addition to Hypnotherapy.
